Recovery from Shoulder injury

Fell off a horse about a week and a half ago and still pretty sore. Fell about 7 feet as big horse and ended up in a hole. Landed full on stop of shoulder as side didn't hurt at all and head was fine. Strange thing is a bit of swelling for a while , now gone , but no bruise what so ever. Should I expect it to be stiff for a while?

And yes I got back and finished the ride which was 3 hours later. Didn't really stiffen up till the end.

Sounds kinda like my AC separation. Try searching in here a bit as there is some good info. Basically, if thats what it is, rest it for a few days and then use it as pain allows. Get a thera-band and start some strenthening exercises and you should be GTG.
