Fit-wise, it's about the same as the Bullit, though the cockpit feels a tad-bit shorter. The added wheelbase makes for a bit more stability, and (to me) it feels lower than you'd expect given the numbers, though this is coming from a guy that's used to high bottom brackets. I'm comfortable enough though that I think I'll eventually swap the 7" 888 with stock crowns for the 8" w/ flat crowns and the same rear shock rather than getting a shorter fork (66 et al) and the shorter rear shock.
The only thing that has taken some getting used to is the progressive nature of the suspension. Where the Bullit used all the travel all the time (and felt plusher) this thing ramps up noticeably. It's not a bad thing, but very different than what I'm used to, so I'm still adjusting. I'm also still tweaking the rear end, figuring out that you need very little air, and almost no bottom out resistance on the DHX.
