been heartbroken twice by girlfriends that cheated on me.
on one occasion I had wished that someone would of told me that it was going on before I walked into a friend's house to go surfing and my girlfriend at the time was butt naked on the couch with my friend's roomate.
names and locations have been left out for no particular reason.
I've never cheated, and if I was cheated on, it was in high school (possibility, lets leave it at that.)
That said, there's no option of being the "third party."

Never cheated but have been cheated on, luckily by someone I didn't have a lot emotionally invested in, though it still hurt. And lucky for my friends I found out before they did so they weren't faced with any ethical dilemma's.
