I think this might have been discussed about THREE or so times, in most cases at least.
depends on the ski, a noodle like a pocket rocket, i wouldn't go above 2, something like an iggy or an old school axiom, 3 without any problems
more like 4-5 without any problem.Quote:

Although I have heard a lot of shops wont drill after the second or third because of liability or something. I dunno if that's really the case or not
^^^ if a shop tells you that, you need a new shop. ^^^
do you sign a waiver before getting boots fit too?
i've always heard three drills is the limit
it really depends on how many ball bearings there are in the skiQuote:

Well Steve. The answer to your question is based on, the length and width of your ski and the size of your drill bit.
My guess would be several hundred even more with a small diameter bit.
Its all ball bearings these daysQuote:

Powder Plus, Explosive's and similar skis can be re drilled until they look like swiss cheese and still be fine. I have a pair with 9 or 10 sets of holes, some of them right next to each other due to the silly old offset mounting. No rip outs so far...... had 1080's de mount bindings on their third set. :(
