I bought a pair of last year's gotamas, skied them for two days, and then had to send them in for warranty due to a huge crack in the sidewall. As you might imagine, this has not made me very happy. I got the usual 3-6 week waiting period for a replacement/repair (yeah right)/go fuck yourself, it's your fault. It's been 7 weeks so far. I'd like the contact info for a Volkl higher up (not a rep or anything, seeing as they have no say in the matter). I realize that there are no more Gotamas in North America, but that is small consolation for me. Thanks guys.
