    Volkl contacts

    I bought a pair of last year's gotamas, skied them for two days, and then had to send them in for warranty due to a huge crack in the sidewall. As you might imagine, this has not made me very happy. I got the usual 3-6 week waiting period for a replacement/repair (yeah right)/go fuck yourself, it's your fault. It's been 7 weeks so far. I'd like the contact info for a Volkl higher up (not a rep or anything, seeing as they have no say in the matter). I realize that there are no more Gotamas in North America, but that is small consolation for me. Thanks guys.

    Sam, I filled out the online contact form to check on my warranty status.

    The guy who runs the warranty department is a super stand up guy and has been really great with me. He's fairly busy and may not get back to you right away; but once he does I'm sure he'll take care of you. As with anything, be nice and you'll get results.

    Also, get the RA number from your shop before you contact Volkl. They'll need that.
