Are you fucking kidding me?
How in the hell did I miss the memo that Rossi/Look jigs only go up to 100mm?
Has everyone else just been doing freehand/measuring to mount say, Rossi 140s or Look ZRs on Gotamas, BDs, etc, etc? What about Squads? Aren't they over 100mm?
Rumor mill says a fat jig comes out next year, but seriously, what the fuck? 100mm is just not that big a ski anymore.
What planet was I on when the memo was issued?
all p18s/15s/Zr/all other turntable binding the jig only goes to 99mm even with the rubber feet off....Quote:

There's a guy (Jim) at Precision Sports who took apart a standard jig and rebuilt it himself for wide boards, but I had been hoping to get something done today/tonight. Garggh.

I had my bds mounted at Precision. They did a friggin AWESOME job. When my other one exploded Larry had hooked me up with some dude at ski deals cause i was in a rush, and the toe is ever so slightly off. Go to precision, those guys know whats up. I've been mounting mine with a standard jig stacked on a hangl with the feet off the hangl jig (just for the tap/position, then finish drill free). Seems to work fine.
