WTF? How did I miss this memo?

    Are you fucking kidding me?

How in the hell did I miss the memo that Rossi/Look jigs only go up to 100mm?
Has everyone else just been doing freehand/measuring to mount say, Rossi 140s or Look ZRs on Gotamas, BDs, etc, etc? What about Squads? Aren't they over 100mm?

Rumor mill says a fat jig comes out next year, but seriously, what the fuck? 100mm is just not that big a ski anymore.

What planet was I on when the memo was issued?

all p18s/15s/Zr/all other turntable binding the jig only goes to 99mm even with the rubber feet off....

Pivots, other looks, and yer rossi 140s can be fit up to like 110-115ish i think with the rubber feet off....Tell yer tech to bring the jig out to you.....

Those fucking no talent ass clowns.

So, it can be done with a standard jig, by removing the rubber feet?

There's a guy (Jim) at Precision Sports who took apart a standard jig and rebuilt it himself for wide boards, but I had been hoping to get something done today/tonight. Garggh.

You skiing this week? I am, we should.

I had my bds mounted at Precision. They did a friggin AWESOME job. When my other one exploded Larry had hooked me up with some dude at ski deals cause i was in a rush, and the toe is ever so slightly off. Go to precision, those guys know whats up. It's worth taking the time to go there IMO....

Next ski day for me is Wednesday.....Basin is skiing unbelievably well right now....so smooth...

you go to the Frisco Precision Ski? I was thinking of just mothballing these and waiting till next year, but if they did a nice job, mebbie not. Thanks.

Maybe I could drop off there in the AM, ski Breck or Vail, and pick up on the way back.

I may be touring with pops again on Wednesday, but how's about possible Friday AM? After that, I am out again for a few days...

Keep it in mind...we'll see how this little storm turns out...

I've been mounting mine with a standard jig stacked on a hangl with the feet off the hangl jig (just for the tap/position, then finish drill free). Seems to work fine.
