circular balance board
I guess it's called a wobble board.
I've been trying to incorporate this into my workouts but so far all I've been doing is reverse lunges and one-legged balancing. This is to make my knees stronger (among other things). Anyone have any other ideas?

tuck-holds (dh racer position) for 30 seconds
squats w/dumbbells
bent over flies
all on wobble board

squats are good, tuck holds are good, for upper body push ups with ether you hands on the board or your feet, these also help with core
