Been trying to get a hold of the mod who knows a lot about this issue and can access the admin panel (I have the login but it doesn't work for me for some reason so I can't do all the things).

I was a mod on a Vbull platform skateboard forum for 12 years. Same story.. If you can't access the email on file, you can't reset your password. There was only one person with the full admin privileges who could edit that part of a user profile and they couldn't always get it to work for them either..

Thaleia here, currently locked out. Tried for the last two days to update my password but it's not working, just going in circles.

So today I tryed to make a new account - it asked for my email, entered that and it created an account (with out asking for me to enter a password or create an actual user name). So I tried to update my (new and nonexisant) password but I get an error.

Can't dm anyone, can't start a thread in the Help section."

It's so weird. I learned to deal with the old 'can't update password' thing here for years, could only access TGR on my old pc. It's done now and here I am (?).

It's one thing to lose the old account but not even being able to create a new login is pretty frustrating.

EDIT - sorry yeah I do have a 'new login' but it's literaly my email which is no beuno and there's no working password so even this account is tenuous.

We should call this "Getting Otzied". Happened to Wooley One Two so I made another account and here I am. But I never sign out. Ever.

I'm not even in the US of A right now so not gonna help. I do know that the guy on a buffalo thread(s) have instructions for how to log back in so the best advice I got right now is read that and try.
