Crystal Cheese meth

I’ve been hooked on crystal cheese lately.

The aged shit with crispy crunchy crystal goodness.

Ive had a few rare treats of artisanal crunchy cheese,

I recently bought some Italian aged parm and it’s so nice and crunchy, I really want to find more crunchy cheddar and such.

I’ve always loved cheese. Still do. But the crunchy crystal goodness is amazing.

I assume the interwebs has these things, but not sure where to buy. There’s no fromagerie nearby.

But I’m a crunchy cheese crack addict and I really want more.

Put in an order from Jasper Hill Farm in VT. Their aged cheddar is phenomenal.

I got a hard British coastal cheddar recently that's fkn amazing, crystally goodness. We have a local small supermarket chain with a kickass cheese room that I can't stay out of :)
