Trust that I know a perfectly crisped batch of fries when I see one. The occasional over crisped fry adds a nice texture balance to the order, but needs to be appropriately balanced with fries that have a softer core. A periodic mixing of the finished fries should more evenly distribute the crispy fries which tend to fall to the bottom of the bin.

Timberridge really is a fry cook. Who knew.
