What do you mean by threatening? Have you received anything from their/an attorney?

Do you want help getting your money back or advice on the "slander" allegation? As others have said, and I completely agree, the mere allegation is oft-used by armchair idiots. Nothing to worry about. So, to the former. Did you use any conduits for the purchase? Paypal, ebay, etc? I am leaning towards garnishing his wages.
