Alright so this girl I like is perfect for me, good looking, low self esteem, likes me, the only problem is her friends. They constantly make fun of me and loath me, unfortuneately these are the only people that this girl hangs out with. They are ruining what could be really good and letting their friend down by making her hesitant to start dating me. (really I'm a good kid, any chick would be lucky to date me) Its fucking pissing me off especially since one of them has a proven track record of dating dousche bag dudes who are four years older then her (and she almost killed me with a car the other day learn to drive :cussing: ) Its pissing me the fuck off what should I do?

Ignore the freinds. If she's the type who has to get their approval, than you wouldn't want to date her anyway.

Give up. Nothing will torpedo things faster than her disaproving friends. Also, you don't want a girl with low self esteem. They only want to have sex in the dark, and they threaten to commit suicide if you ever dump them.

Sounds like you are the "nice" guy friend who does nice things for her, while in reality you just want to party in her pants. That is a frustrating rut to be in. Your gonna have to make some kind of move, or go nuts.

Ok, as a person who recently left the bus behind, I'll give you a bit of advice (really, its the advice I was given).

Stop worrying about it. The ladies can smell desperation from a mile off. The ladies that you should be interested will disappear from your sight as soon as they get a whiff. Ladies that aren't turned off by your desperation are ones that you should be running away from (they'll take your fragile little mind and use a sledge hammer on it's nutsack and then leave you in the emotional gutter).

It doesn't matter if it takes you forever to get laid. All it got me was really strong arms (and I'm almost ambidextrous). I survived and you will too.

But, most of all you've got to learn to resepect yourself. If you don't respect yourself, no one you meet will either. And the last and most important part of the whole equation is to never date or have sex with someone that you don't respect and who doesn't respect you. Violating that rule will only hurt you in the long run.

From another perspective... this is horse shit. Respect is relative. Immediate gratification and a cheap roll in the sheets can be a good thing. The same way that binge drinking can be a good thing.

And I'm with the Pin-man. Mutual respect is important for a relationship, but random hookups get you through the period between relationships (and alleviate some pressure on your right arm)
