It almost doesn't breath and and not very waterproof (3000/3000), and insulated with DuPont's Thermolite Plus... but I'm gonna ski at approximately 25-30 C, it's pretty cold, so... also it's god mad steeze :D

On a cold day (or what locals call normal winter) here in Banff lots of folk do....the trick I'm told is to get the underneath layers right so you don't sweat and then freeze...if you are just downhilling it's not much of an issue but if you start hiking, even short pitches to access stuff it can be a problem....Pit zips will solve that problem though.
