Anyone stayed there before? Only hostel information I've got is from a friend who stayed in one in Europe - said it was a barn with cots. How much privacy can I expect there?

We plan on staying there for the summit. I haven't stayed there before, but took the information here as it being a little better than a barn with cots.
Walking distance to the tram for that price seems almost too good to be true.
I'd also be interested in hearing some first hand accounts.
