Injury Time: World of Pain

Diagnosis: Torn latisimus dorsi.

Cause: Downhilling on the MTB--stretching out, slowly tearing the muscle. Finally torn while transporting a keg.

Pain scale: Having shattered my leg, broken several bones, torn several ligaments, etc. etc. etc., I can state that this is the most painful injury I've sustained next to my leg. It is amazing how much it hurts...my lat spasms constantly from yawning, laughing, reaching, farting, coughing or for no reason at all. Doc gave me strongest pain meds he could...and they ain't got nothin' on this bitch.

Prognosis/Treatment: Should heal itself. No excercise for 3 weeks. If it doesn't heal itself, it's surgery time.

I think long ago on a message board far far away you posted the perfect pain relief option. Now since I cant dredge this gem up cuz the fukkers purged it, perhaps i can shake rattle & roll it loose from those webs thickly spun in yur melon.

Yikes, almost as painful as a shattered leg? I guess that means no yawning, laughing, reaching, farting, or coughing . And I'm guessing sex is out too, although that may not be as much of an issue as being able to let rip a good fart at this point, I don't know.

I had the same injury myself once Rev. After about 2 weeks I was ok. Heal fast man:)
