So I just moved to Fairbanks for work and play. This weekend I ventured out a little and went to a spot that was very popular and there were probably 10+ people around by the time I left. Badger Slough. Got there around 6am and left around noon with a fish count of, honestly the first time I could claim this many, 50ish fish. All Grayling of the same general size.
Definately a good way to start my fishing out here in AK. Looking to get further out and into pike, salmon and lakers later, but this place is close to work and a lot of fun.

Pretty fun and first time catching grayling. All grayling here are C&R only. It neat that so many people are out purely for fishing, not harvesting. I know its a touchy subject, but I'm just pointing out the fact that there were so many people here fishing just to fish. I think I'm gonna like it here.:D
I'm gonna throw a couple more pics up here just because. They're from my last week in Colorado.
Here's a view at Walden Ponds near Boulder.
