You'd have to sink a deep well, the techicolored Cement creek is across the road. A building site close to the road may be difficult as well (no pun intended). But at least there's power at the road.

There's a lot better realtors there than Lindaman.

I have people in Durango that I've worked with for years. This was just a super quick google search. Nothing too serious...yet...right now the first window I can see for a major move is not until 11/05. That could change if the stars align...but I'm not holding my breath. Timing is everything and the rest will be discussed offline. Shoot me an email if any of you want to explore some concepts.
