You'd have to sink a deep well, the techicolored Cement creek is across the road. A building site close to the road may be difficult as well (no pun intended). But at least there's power at the road.
There's a lot better realtors there than Lindaman.

I have people in Durango that I've worked with for years. This was just a super quick google search. Nothing too serious...yet...right now the first window I can see for a major move is not until 11/05. That could change if the stars align...but I'm not holding my breath.
