Oddly, I cannot log in on my PC using any browser. Chrome, Firefox, etc nothing works. All I get is this one message when I quote someone from my Android phone. After that I'm shit out of luck. While this does seem obvious, it's also exactly the kind of shit that gets lost in a major relaunch of a site. And considering they're allegedly launching a new forums platform, it doesn't seem unreasonable to me that they wouldn't deal with any cleanup of broken links until that happens and they know where the "new" forums will live. I just discovered that if I hit the symbol to the left of the quote symbol it opens a text box I can reply in. Yahoo. So I guess they are getting closer to fixed?

I had to quote to log in for at least three or four months before the current fubar started, when it stoped working for me and I had to sneak in through recent posts. The Danno- thanks D - clued me into the empty screen, white vs blue background thing and things are now similar to just before now. I do not have any problems logging in because I CAN'T LOG OUT. I know not even first world problem.

I much preferred the iOS app to all other posting options. The mobile browser on safari is painful but works. Sorta. Except when I try to edit a post - it deletes it instead

I’m really missing the app. I thought it was the best interface. Tapatalk sucked and I just don’t like sitting at the computer for reading the forum
Can’t quote on the mobile in safari and editing means that whatever I wrote will 100% be deleted.

I'm kinda shocked at how dead the traffic is here anymore. A single post will stay on top of the PR (and other forums) all day, maybe a few. I know a shiny new forum is right around the corner, but the way all the site down time and broken functionality drove off the community that was so strong for decades is way more severe than I could ever have thought.
