Maybe a dumb question but the black piece of plastic that goes right behind the half moon broke off a pair of my pivots. Anyone have any replacements or am I having to look for a whole new heel assembly?

Try to warranty that. I've had a couple friends with the same thing - shouldn't happen and Look gave them replacements iirc

Anybody know the Look part number for GW AFD's for 15/18 toes? I need 3 pair and was going to place an order but wasn't sure I was looking at the correct part.

If they are the post 2011 Looks with DIN AFD, they are the same spec/height as GW.
If you need the GW AFD, the part# is FCIF010.
