I cannot believe that a referee was able to watch that play and not call targeting. That was literally the definition of targeting. ESPN must have called in and said they need an SEC team in the semifinal.

With the advent of instant replay, we get to see how frequently the referees make decidedly poor, if not outright incorrect calls.
We also get to see obvious fouls right in the ref's face, go uncalled.

I'd argue that more than a few critical games have gone to the winning team, decided solely upon a missed or incorrect call.

ducks qb is not going to get hot enough as ohio state keeps scoring. i was going to head out during the rose if it was a blowout like this and be back for the sugar, but some nutjob messed up everyones plans to watch the sugarbowl; now on at 4pm thursday when lots of people will be back at work and can't watch.
