That's a complex pair of questions. I don't think the government should provide bailouts for BTC holders if that's what you mean. I'd spend less time thinking about that if I were you and more time thinking about how purhcasing power of USD has declined severely, largely because corrupt politicians and financial insiders printed a fuckton of money that they gave to themselves. Maybe you can explain how exactly core inflation is a scam and how the Fed has capitulated?
Dude, I'm not going to answer your stupid gotcha question so you can link some Krugman and jerk yourself off over it.

The fed has capitulated on their 2% target. They're cutting while core inflation is still above 2%. PPI is even worse. "Team Transitory" lost.

Uh, if something takes over a year for it’s effects to be felt, you need to plan ahead, eh?

    Answer the question please

“Bitcoin is bigger than one person or party…”

What does this mean to you?

Trad finance systems are certainly “bigger than one person or party (or company)”

You are a traitor to the BTC HODL community that is “bigger than any one person..” in Selffishfish’s words.

Cause you think that it could tank?

De facto you’re just taking advantage of the “greater fool”

Ok, I capitulate on this one. As is clear from this chart inflation skyrocketed and stayed stuck at that elevated level, never to come down:

But here's the thing - if you simply don't believe actual facts presented to you, you can invent whatever reality you want.

Absolutely no single person or group can control the BTC issuance schedule. Even as the price of BTC rises, the issuance keeps lowering over time. BTC is unique in that regard. For gold, oil, lumber, etc. as the price goes up, more production comes online.

Tradfi (central banking) is different in that small groups of unelected and unaccountable people control the supply.

You've been fudding BTC at least since it was around 3K. Anyone who has listened to you has missed out on life-changing gains. Maybe sit this one out.

Shera can do whatever she wants. That's one of the great things about BTC.

Shear is one of the most knowledgeable posters in this thread. Be nice and try to listen. She deserves our respect. You haven't demonstrated any such thing.

    You're cute.

I'm definitely going to sit out Bitcoin permanently.

The fact is, you have no credibility. You keep parroting the same shit and nobody believes you. It's because of clowns like you that Trump won (I did not vote for Trump before you guys all call me a MAGA). Now you have to grapple with the idea of the BTC reserve.

You really are delusional, aren't you?

    I guess that's fine.

    Carry on.

Personally, I’ve already grappled with the idea of a Bitcoin reserve. You, however, seem to be actively trying to avoid grappling with it.

I've always said that BTC is volatile and people should only invest what they are willing to lose completely. I've also said that the long-term trend is up and to not focus on short-term price action.

WTF do blocks being produced have to do with hundreds of billions of taxpayer dollars being spent to buy them.

    Fucking own your tribe’s bullshit!

Got it. 2.5 years for Bitcoin is transient, but 2.5 years for the dollar isn’t.

I don't necessarily think it's bullshit. There are you happy?

Are you ok with governments hoarding shiny rocks? Have you written letters to your representatives expressing your concern about child slaves mining gold in illegally logged areas and miners poisoning the water supply with cyanide?
