As I understand it (I'm involved a little with an organization called Fair Vote Canada). There's a vote coming up in the house (Motion M-86) for a Citizens' Assembly on Electoral Reform. NDP, Block, Green and PPC is overwhelmingly for this. Seems to be a bit of indecision on the part of some liberal and conservative MP's. An NDP member is going to bring the motion to the floor.
