Drink the Depression Away Cleveland Browns Support Group

Hell just make the XFL legend the starter, I mean he beat the team that was s’posed to flatten ‘em didn’t he?

Better feel-good story than “Mr. Irrelevant” balling out, gives kinda Kurt Warner vibes, y’know?

It’ll be a redemption arc for not just PJ Walker, but for the whole Browns organization.

Watson is now apparently slated to start, barring a setback. Should be an interesting few days.

What’s going to happen if he stinks again? They might run him out of town.

Myles Garrett is this football team.

Watson is a drag-anchor who is seeing ghosts.

“Myles Garrett is single-handily taking over this game” - radio call

2nd strip sack, this one for a TD and an untouched blocked FG right over the middle.

    DPoY.

You need to watch the blocked FG. I've never seen anything like it. He fucking hurdled the center.

Like I was telling EWG, I had to follow along in the earbud from soccer and then baseball in the second half - I was already yelling in inappropriate proportion to what was happening on the field in front of me, so I don’t know if I could have handled the actual live game on tv.

That was some wild ass, weird football and the only two things I came away knowing for sure are that (a) the Browns managed to win the game, and (b) Myles Garrett is a bad, bad man.

Way to have the refs gift you that one, Browns fans. Holy shit that was some bad end-of-game officiating that totally fucked the Colts.

LOL, what an emotionally-scarred fanbase. The day after a wild and improbable win, the fanbase spends the day speculating on:

Is Deshaun's contract a bust at this point?

If DTR is the future, why not get him some time with the #1s now?

If Deshaun is going to be out for the foreseeable future and the team is all-in now, what backup QB should they trade for before the deadline?

That last one is interesting and I've heard some truly stupid suggestions, among them, any deal involving Pittsburgh, nevermind getting either Mitchell Trubisky or Mason Rudolph.

He doesn’t have to. He’s like Chuck Norris. He releases the ball and it goes to where its supposed to go out of abject fear.

So let me get this straight, we've got P.J. Walker, Texas Ranger and Myles "Chuck Norris" Garrett on the same team?

This team is Super Bowl bound for certain.

Well that's a take hot enough for Stephen A to make, so I guess SBNation had to up it one level by adding the "in NFL history" qualifier. It's year 2 of his deal and he could only play 6 games last year and he's hurt now. I hated the trade and I can still admit that its a little early to be making "in NFL history" declarations.

    My God people are stupid.

So, I really wasn't kidding about Myles playing QB.
