    I'm honestly curious about this: the profile had some thai (I think it is thai) in it, then that was gone, now it is back. Are one of you fucking with the profile or is there some thai vashikarian overlord fucking with our forum?

    I was thinking that when people are redirected to that profile instead of theirs they are under the impression someone has changed THEIR profile to that one so they are trying to edit back to their original stuff. I'd guess that's how the dog photo got there replacing the buffalo one..

    But also, whoever loaded the hijack mojo script to change everyone's credentials to those when logging in also has full access to that account.

    Shutting down the account will just block everyone who still tries to use that portal/link logging in... sending them to a banned account..

    If using the lost password retrieval is what's working to get people back, maybe change the password on the buffalo account so everyone ends up using it??? Just hope that filling out the form with their original user ID and email sticks..

    We'll still lose people who have accounts set up with emails they no longer use, old ISPs, etc.
    Go that way really REALLY fast. If something gets in your way, TURN!

    My web login finally got sorted. Tried all the tricks posted above, finally got it by logging out and going through the new user sign up, but selecting the exisitng user link right under that. The Stash method didn't work and it wouldn't let me in through the reply, kept saying my username/password didn't match. YMMV was riding the buffalo all week

    The Vietnamese was an ad for a paint store. The website was dalabd.com.

    Also curious how it got there and how it got deleted. Any mags able to fess up, or was it something sketchier¿?
