The 45 and 9 are both single stack.

They are very nice carry guns.

    PS I was wrong.

Hi, this is a reminder that hackers have been getting into accounts with stsle old passwords and causing mayhem scamming people in gear swap.

Update your passwords, be wary in gear swap, report suspect activity!

I'll post a pic of my 1993 Practical I just bought and got back from BH Spring Solutions for a trigger work over.

Springfield is now making one. Very close to the original.

FN showed one at the Shot Show. In talking to the folks at BH Springs, they said it was heavily modified from the original. Mags didn't interchange, etc. Much heavier, etc. Just kinda looked like the original.

Told them I was interest in the FN stainless version, they suggested a Tisias Regent clone with a rework from them. Hard to find as well.

No. I wanted a true 1911, for better or worse.

I have pretty much decided I’m going to switch from competing with a 45 to a 9

I am going to stay in limited class for now

I’m looking really hard at the CZ-10 F

There’s a lot out there but seems everyone is going CZ and raving about them

I’m not going to get the 2600$ race gun

But should I spend the extra 400$ for the F over the C

FYI. Looks like I will save the price of the gun in ammo switching from 45 to 9

I'm not a competitive shooter but I'd take the Sig P320 X5 Legion for a spin if I were you. I did a few comps way back when for fun and I can see how a platform like the X5 would have been very beneficial. It's about as stable of a platform as possible for a $900 pistol. It's utterly impractical for any other use but man it's fun to shoot. Sort of the equivalent of a 18lb precision rifle.

I have a p10c, I really like it, but would want the F for what your doing. P10F plus all the aftermarket stuff coming out from Cajun, lots of triggers out there now, too. Downside is mag availability. CZ mags are in the $40 range, bought some cheap ass pro mags on Black Friday but they hardly go in the gun or eject like the stock mags do. May need some file/dremel work.

Just in case you don't know this but after firing a bunch of rounds out of that, the mirage will mess up your aiming.

You really should think about picking up a variation of 2011. Check on Gunchoker. Tons of parts and options available. Can get them in 9mm. .38 super, .38 comp, .40, .45 and 10mm. Can probably get a good used one in the $1,500 range.

Option #2 is a Rock Island double stack.

Nice! You going to reload for it? Can you just fireform 257 bob brass to be AI? A quick look online shows 2900 fps with a 120 partition, that should do the trick.

In other news, did you see that someone was building a house across the street from the blm area where we shoot? Lat time I was there I was kind of hesitant to back up to 400 yards since its basically his front yard.

That's your opinion, and it's a heated political debate. Don't be coy and act like you aren't aware of that. This thread isn't for that. Take it down the road.

Then you said something about not having "semi-autos".

"Military" weapons and "Semi-Autos" are not synonymous.

Regardless, you are either stupid or trolling.

A least sack up and be a man of conviction.

All this double-stack talk. I got rid of my shitty SIG Romeo and got a Holosun 507k for mine.

    OK, sorry.
I feel it's far more social or human rights type of issue, money has made it political

I've had a Salvo since they came out. I have yet to buy a host.
I wanted a 21" 1301 by hayes with wood furniture but they will never make wood for that gun.
