Florida got hit last summer at a similar time. Looks like about 2 weeks behind last year. Florida peak should be here soon, still doing fine with deaths.

Actually you wouldn't because FL has more people than NY. What's your excuse going to be when NY is doing worse in late fall/winter?

Yeah, I can see how 2 million more people in FL would really skew the numbers based on the fact they each have +/- 20 million.

He said adjusting for population would make it worse. It wouldn't.

Yeah you totally don't live "white privilege"? Bullshit. But I'm sure there are plenty of inner city minorities that hang on "la playa"..all the pics I've seen look pretty fucking white.

I guess I’ve not been watching the news. I looked into it, my county is one of very few little green spots on the map, and (as you all clearly know) the guidance has changed from vaccinated people not being spreaders to I guess we’re vectors for transmission after all.

So, you know, apparently I smoked the proverbial crack before posting, and for that I will take a lap.

Well if Florida had 9 times the population of New York it would equivalent. Does Florida have 9 times the population of new york? I don’t know off the top of my head. I wonder if there is a way to quickly look that up?

Yes, infected vaxed people, even asymptomatic, can spread it, but it remains the case that we are far, far less likely to be infected in the first place because the vaccines work. And we will also almost certainly not die from it, unlike the unvaxed, because again, the fucking vaccines work. And if the middle America mouth breathers would figure this shit out we could be basically done with all this bullshit.

Wait...you mean to tell me that the un-vaxed people that haven't and won't wear masks would benefit from me who is vaxed wearing a mask? But my freedoms...

NY got hit the hardest when testing was at it's lowest.

    Israel doesn’t want you anymore

Starting from August 11, all travelers entering Israel from these countries will be required to isolate for a minimum of seven days – even if they are fully vaccinated

Mmmmkay. Vaccine no worky? No freedumbs? How’s that working for ya.
Looking forward to the fall and winter lockdowns. It will be Deja vu.

“Israel’s entry requirements are the same whether you are fully vaxxed or not”

    does not equal:

“vaccinated people are the same as unvaccinated people”

This is kinda like what is tested on the LSAT. Which explains why you collect rent and carry a plunger.

Key words that RJ missed we're "population density", not total population.

Hmm, still #5 for deaths per 100k seven day average. That’s fine if you want to look at it that way.

    Shit’s getting real guys:

American rock band The Offspring has dropped drummer Pete Parada because he won't get vaccinated, according to Parada's social media posts.

"Since I am unable to comply with what is increasingly becoming an industry mandate -- it has recently been decided that I am unsafe to be around, in the studio, and on tour," Parada posted on social media.
