Riding lifts or skinning?
If riding lifts I would start with the East Bowl and work my way over starting with Beaver to st croix. I would then head down the St. John and look right away to duck in to crooked and pocwock on the left. The hike to runs have a bit of south orientation and I might pass, but one trip down the bagaduce gives you a look around.
If skinning up. Go up the Osekare to the crossing and turn left down the black and white trail where the bearclaw breaks off right. Hike the black and white back to the top and descend right towards a large rock cairn where you enter the headwaters and down into the East Bowl.
If there is fresh snow Wilson stream and the royal are my first choice.
The online map shows the trails on the hill

Hmmm looks like they have not updated with the bearclaw put in this Fall
Thanks Cat, thinking about doing a walkabout on Tuesday to get familiar with the place.

Up close and personal with the fall line.
I don’t often ski weekend days, but when I do, I prefer Saddleback. Started snowing hard around 1pm. Nice groomers before that. Ski on all day.

that looks sweet... can't wait to get up there.
how was the soup?
Question for the Stowe area mags... any indications or known scheduled closing date for the Tollhouse chair? I figure it’s based on conditions and cover, but I’m trying to get a feel for my chances for the 3rd week of March.

Because rich has nothing to do with money.
not soup.
Thanks.
To get out of and back to the ski out/in lodging. That is all. Wife doesn’t usually ski as full of a day and having that option makes things a lot easier considering she can’t hang out in a lodge because of that pesky pandemic.
Even if the lift isn’t running, having the option to ski back would be adequate.
