I have the same thing going on at the place I just moved into. The first few days were a non-stop fly fest. The numbers have dropped considerably now though. I actually found I could get quite a few of them to leave of their own volition by opening a door on the sunny side of my house in the afternoon. They flew out toward the warmth/light.

I also picked up a Black&Decker dustbuster with an extended reach and power boost mode. Highly recommended for dealing with those fuckers indoors.

The first year in any house has been weird for me. My current house was flies. Moved in December and come April and sunshine they were just bananas. Went on periodic fly hunts and hasn’t been a problem since. House before that was fruit flies. Similar thing. Maybe the previous owners tolerated them?
    focus.

Probably just need to remove the previous owner's dead hookers from the crawlspace. Maybe he forgot one.

Try alternating the ibuprofen with Acetaminophen evey 2 hours. That's what me dentist recommended. Worked great.

^ This has been shown to be more effective than other more addictive pain killers. Take with food and make sure to alternate as opposed to taking at the same time or you can trash your gut.

I must have had a good oral surgeon, I never needed anything more than a couple Motrin every 6-8 hours and only for about 24 hours after I had my wisdom teeth removed.

Goddammit. I'm slated to get mine out early next year (just shy of 50) and I am *not* looking forward to it.

I am kinda looking forward to a full bottle of narcotics, though.

I had mine out last year at 45. I opted to let the dentist do it with novacaine and gas instead of going to an oral surgeon and having it done under general anesthesia because I'm cheap. It wasn't the worst thing ever, but be prepared for the roots of those things to be wrapped around your asshole. I distinctly remember my dentist having one hand on my chest for leverage while twisting and pulling with the pliers.

Woah, remind me to thank my folks for footing the bill for my removal when I was a senior in high school. Good luck to all you fuckers doing it now.

I feel fortunate that it was the first and only time I've had general anesthesia. That was fun.

Yeah - I'm going to have to go that route as well with the gas... and the oral surgeon *did* mention something about the roots appearing to be gripping things tightly in there.

Don't tell my wife. She still contends I should have had all this shit done when I was 18.

It's more dependent on the actual teeth being pulled than the surgeon. Some people have some pretty crazy shaped shit growing back there, especially if they are waiting till later in life to get them extracted.

I got three out at once, one broke off so I guess it was 2 3/4. I was late 30's. They put me under. I sat around, watched GOT, and took painkillers the next day. Pain wasn't bad at all, and I didn't mind having the down time to chill away from work.

Word, all 4 of mine were removed surgically, they had yet to breach the gumline, so no way to pull them. It seems like that's the way to go if you can swing the cost.

Fucking guy that did mine (while donning a face shield due to blood splatter) left bruises all over my chest from the leveraging. Prescribed me 600 mg ibuprofen. Pain was only bad for ~two days, but fuuuck. Weed helped.

No, but those fuckers get in somewhere. Just completed the morning vacuum. Cold weather looks to be coming to stay starting Sunday, we'll see if that helps.

Had lots of jokes about my age. They were all hilarious. One was impacted, so surgery was the only way to go, I guess.

Pain isn’t terrible during the day, but had a long sleepless night. Been doing the ibuprofen/acetaminophen rotation and doubled my dose at the recommendation of my dad (MD). Agreed that a 400mg “Rx” is BS. When I called to see if they could prescribe anything else, they told me no and cited the opioid epidemic, but they had a holistic gel I could buy from them.
    focus.

My 93 yo father in law just won the wisdom tooth discussion. He just had them out at 93!!! Fuck. That's brutal to put someone that age through that. But they were rotten and going to cause worse problems. And now he can eat more of his favorite foods. Which at 93 is what you hope you can still do. The guy was still throwing hay bales until 10 years ago.

For some strange genetic quirk, I don't have any. Just a gap where they should be. I'll take that win, or just be blissfully ignorant of my lack of wisdom.

The French Bakery is the only place I’ve found, and I go 10 miles out of my way to go there sometimes.

The tiny store in Mazama actually bought a deck oven to improve their bread, so at least they’re trying. Kind of amazing really, given the location.

I only had two partially formed ones in opposite corners. They came in weird, got cavities, and came out when I was 26. My wife I think only had two as well. Our kids all have all four and are all impacted.

I have none on the bottom and am also missing my bottom-left second molar.
