I'd get it one piece at a time
And it wouldn't cost me a dime

Had the range to ourselves, right as we were finishing up an old duffer showed up. Mid-day this place can get crowded (it’s free), but we were the only ones there from 8am until 10:30.

Tax stamp purchased 11/21/19, check cashed 12/5, stamped 5/18, and Nomad-30 out of jail 6/9. Apparently ATF processors are working from home and only mailing stacks of stamps on rare trips to the post office. Definitely not complaining at six months.

Anyone have a Glock G40 in 10mm? Interested in your thoughts.
I need a reliable sidearm for hog hunting, and 10mm has the knockdown punch needed to stop those bulldozers in their tracks.
Curious about the kick and follow up shot speed. This would be my only handgun, but I have shot plenty of 9mm and .45

I’m about 20 days behind you on a sig suppressor. So stoked to finally put this on a 300BO close quarters hunting rifle. The process is a pain in the ass, but they have been keeping roughly on track with what I had hoped before Covid. Glad they didn’t use that as an excuse to further delay. Enjoy yours - can’t wait to get mine.

I don't use 300blk for hunting, but have had a ton of fun with the 200+ gr bullets thru a can. The 220gr Federal AE loads seem work best out of my setup. Might want to look into an adjustable gas block if you don't have one already if you're going to shoot both super and sub sonic ammo.

Adjustable gas block or adjustable piston depending on what design you are using.

Can’t use black guns in my state for hunting, so it’s going on a modified Remington 7615. I’ve heard concerns about ballistics, etc. Going to get it dialed in and roll the dice. Plenty of kinetic energy I would assume and I’ll be concealed - so it’s about placement.

Once my state permits semi-auto it will go on the scar heavy.

No e-file presently exists for a form 4. Someone printed out the form and sent it in. E-file form 1 and 3 are awesome, and I don’t understand why they can’t do the same thing yesterday for the 4s.

Side note, I’m sitting on three at 320, 220, and 110 days. I had two come back in April at ~280 days.

Did you see the 10mm discussion a page or so back?

Yah, next you might want to invent the wheel or GPS. A man that has never made a mistake, has never done anything.

Are you having fun with it? Then good work. Make it pretty, make it ugly, make it pretty ugly who cares there are millions more out there.

If you did that to my unfired Sig 551 with the grip tag on it, I would stab you though.

I got a ton of crap here for my modded high powers but they are so much fun to shoot.

Look at it this way: If the dreaded "Urban Unterclassen" ever invade West Virginia, Osama beenScotty may well be among the first to shoot off his fretting hand with "buck" fever.

Whether he lights up the rest of his crew with old Soviet Bloc tracers in the process remains an open question of trigger discipline and pain management and how well transparent bling mags feed...

"Socialist M590 Shockwave Owner", if you please.

May just get some seksi Magpul furniture for it an not tell nobody. So when Nancy and Joe come 4 my gunz! I can sandbag up and surprise them with The 14" Hammer of Thor without all those gubmint fees.
Hell, I live further out in the country than they'll ever go. What do I got to worry about?
Every faith system needs an eschatology. The world will end in a Librul-pwning blaze of Trump-era weapons and homemade claymores. Scotty, I can tell you are a man of focus, commitment, sheer will... something I know very little about. I'll just give up now.

I used the Silencer shop kiosk and never touched paper. Not sure how they got it to ATF. The NFA tracker shows form 4 e-file but I really don't know. I know mine was well under what the NFA tracker is showing.

Yep, that's right - Silencershop prints it out and mails it in. You won! It came back fast. NFA tracker still has that option, as the ATF was doing Eform 4s back in the 2016 (IIRC) timeframe.

The e-file process is available for forms 1 and 3 (among others) on the atf website (https://www.atf.gov/firearms/applications-eforms). Those usually come back in 30 days for a form 1 and 1-3 days for a form 3.
