MT was 100% going to get it on the ballot this fall but all this (gestures) has really hampered signature gathering. I think if it makes it on the ballot it will pass.

I think a lot of states will be looking for any additional tax revenue they can generate very soon . Seems no brainer.

VA recently (and quietly) decriminalized. Already gettin the emails that the state is broke and that public schools are fucked. Maybe full legalization will be the silver lining to this shit cloud.

I don't believe a single state has legislated legalization. All legalizations have been voter initiatives

Vermont was by legislation. It's half assed, grow but no retail so we don't even get the benefit of taxes.

Definitely worth trying. However it hasn't pushed me over the edge to willing to be on a registry. Yet.
