Move upside and let the man go through...
We were at the top of wardner ready to drop in and got patroller yelled us to turn around. Try to sneak in the face via the traverse and got shut down.... I don’t know if it’s avy or tree well. Hopefully everyone makes it out.

Recovery implies they're dead. Not sure if that's what you're going for, but hoping for poor word choice and nothing more.
That is all that people who are there are saying. One persons husband recovered the two. Nothing about vitals. So not my wording. Passing along info as it comes. Nothing more or less.
Edit for update:
3 people have been recovered.
I’m trying to get info on their status. Hoping for the best.
Up to 4 now.
Fuck.
Fuck. Not good
Fuck. I have a good friend up there I haven't heard from since he got first gondi up this am. This is terrible news.

According to this the 4 found are ok. One found under 10 feet of snow.

Jesus! I hope that ends up being true.
I would be yelling, too, if I had been dig out from a ten foot burial.
Good news.
Just came here to post this. Thank you. Great news.
So happy that all came out ok and a little more respect for their environment. Our Avy conditions are super high right now. Tons of new snow with wind transport and warming temps. Sounds like they were in a closed area as well and for good reason.
Wow, 10ft rescue, found with probe!!

This is crazy! I've skied there nearly 20 years and have never heard of an avy, not small or big. It is unreal that it slid and buried people today! I used to beep when I skied wardner or the meadows, I'll probably resume that practice!
I'm glad everyone was found safe and sound, I can't imagine how terrifying that was!!!
Do I see a crown just below the weather station? Crazy stuff!!!
RIP to the deceased.
Heavy over light down there, too? The foggy basin left the ropes on part of the north bowl today. Word was sluff moved well yesterday, and everything since has been heavier.
Seems like one of the more "interesting" snowpacks in recent memory. Stay safe out there!
ETA: Just saw they lost one. Damn. RIP.
Fucking hell, it just gets worse the more I read. Vibes to everyone in the Silver Valley.
Fuck fuck fuck. That truly sucks. Condolences to family and friends. RIP
