    Excellent piece on Fresh Air yesterday about the CPB--after 9/11 they hired a large number of agents in a hurry, without proper vetting, with the promise that they would be chasing down Muslim terrorists. Instead those guys are taking care of children and families. "They hired Rambo when they need Mother Teresa." A large number of agents have been arrested for corruption, drug trafficking, and the like. Some of the people they hired were actually drug cartel members.

    I listened to that yesterday. Not really addressed directly was the disturbing culture of Rambo wannabes and the advertising of that as the reason to join the CBP
