So Bobby, I repeat my standing order for a 3 pedal Panamera. Can you find one?

If not, any suggestions for a 4 door 3 pedal reliable ride?

    It's the quiver.
Sedan, 3 pedals, room for the kids. Sporty. For Dad to take to work everyday.
    Suv for camping and skiing.
Sports car for weekend good times!

    I have the quiver covered.

    89 Porsche 944 turbo.

This could easily be priced up or down depending on your budget, though the 540 really was very inexpensive.

When your kids leave for college and you don't need a 4 door whatever for everyday can turn into something like this:
BRZ 6 speed for dads DD
06 Durango (or any oversize SUV guzzler) for bad weather, family weekend and hauling duties
12 Forester for daily duties when the wife goes with
06 Outback 5 speed for the wife to daily (when I get around to replacing the rear brake lines that rotted out).

I had a sportcross for a while several years ago. It was really comfortable, super reliable, and a little sporty, but nothing over the top.
Too bad it didn’t catch on for more evolutions bringing it into modern era. Instead Toyota/Lexus went all soft and boring with future versions.
It was geared too low, the 6speed manual if swapped from a sedan, didn’t have any better final drive than the auto, and the push button auto was kind of tolerable. No AWD, the RWD had its moments of fun, but with snow tires I got through a winter in Jackson, and it is still around town. But this is where the JDM lust came in, the Altezza was way cooler. The engine was smooth and reliable, and very tunable. You could add a little turbo and intercooler and get 400hp and probably never worry about reliability, or go all 1320 and build a 1000hp sleeper.

I've owned a bunch of these (SC300 and one 400). Currently have a 40k mile 03 GS300. Im a huge Lexus homer. Cut my teeth in the industry at Lexus. *sniffle*

Lexus fucked the SC up too. Although the new LC500 is sick looking and there is a LCF coming.

The newest gen AWD IS models are dead sexy. The new yota/lexus preditor grills are love/hate and I dig em. Will grab one definitely when my trusty e46 kicks the bucket.

I doubt it will be that high. Probably 20k over the LC500.

I like the yin and yang contrast with the $1500 garage it's parked in.
