Bobby S - I'm checking out another cbd seed and flower connect now....
There was a good article in Consumer Reports of all places, about how to choose a CBD product.

Not seeing much of anything with our dog Lily after ~10 days with the Ellevet chewables. She's right about 45 pounds and the higher dose ones are for 50 lbs.+ and we've been giving her those so the dosage should be fine. She'll be lights out for an hour or two starting ~30 min after eating it but other than that she's still creaky and old (14) just like she was. Not gonna give up just yet but pretty soon if nothing changes.

3. For Products From Hemp, Find Where It Was Grown
Many CBD products sold online and in retail stores come from hemp, not marijuana. And the source of that hemp can be important.
Most hemp used in CBD products sold in the U.S. comes from Colorado or Oregon (which have long histories with cannabis) or Kentucky (which passed a law to support hemp growers in 2013), or is imported from overseas, says Colleen Lanier, executive director of the Hemp Industry Association.
Among those sources, Lanier considers Colorado to have the most robust hemp program. The state’s agricultural program performs spot-tests of hemp plants while they are still in the field to check THC levels and will investigate the potential use of any illegal pesticides based on complaints. (Note that the 2018 Farm Bill, now in Congress, may make it easier for farmers to grow hemp and expand the number of states where it is grown and tested.)
Products made with hemp grown overseas can be even more problematic, because they are not subject to any state or federal testing, say both Lanier and Boyar. “There needs to be testing results available to consumers,” Lanier says, “and manufacturers should follow the FDA’s guidance for good manufacturing practices.”
So for CBD products from hemp, check labels to see whether they say where it was grown, and look especially for those from Colorado. Not all products, however, include that information. So in a dispensary or a retail store, ask the staff whether they know where the hemp was grown. And for products purchased online, check the companies' website to see whether it has that information, or contact the seller to ask the same question.

Colorado will be a footnote in the Hemp/Cannabis industry. Very similar to Tesla and EVs.

You don't have to be an expert on anything to realize that there are better growing environments in the US.
California on the other hand produces 50% of the nations fruits, nuts and vegetables... Florida. Tennessee. Etc.
I consider myself to be a bit of an expert on growing Cannabis. More of an expert than you anyhow.
Im already producing locally grown and processed CBD products in partnership with MTSU. Seed to shelf lab testing. Complete vertical integration. Just got another license for processing going in Clarksville. Looking at 40-50 acres currently.
But yeah bro... keep talking that shit.

Actually, it'd be a million times a thousand. So 1 billion mg.

This is the CBD thread, not the dab thread. If a high CBD edible is a 90mm daily driver for groomers (and work meetings) and that dab is 130mm huge powder board (for massive high) then I'm looking for 108mm underneath. I want versatile enough to get some float but still very controlled for daily functioning. Maybe 30 percent thc and 40 percent CBD. Does that exist?
Get some CBD isolate or tincture and load in THC till you find a mix that you like.

Hmm. Not bad, half a rice grain of thc and full grain CBD (isolate, not tincture) into the coffee. Stir in cream. Will try it.
Sour Tsunami is my absolute fav! Great for anytime you need a little relief. I find it relaxing but not fog inducing so I'm able to focus and function. In Washington I buy 1 gram tankers of oil - CO2 extraction.
If you're looking for something heavier and can find it where you're at try Yummy Dancehall - def. has couch lock effect. I personally do not enjoy this one.
^this. I've got some THC tincture (one sativia, one indica) and add as needed when the mood strikes me. Works well.

Pennywise is normally 1:1 and provides a little more than relaxation but I’ve not seen it as a concentrate. Only flower.
AC/DC is sometimes a 1:1 as well. I find it a bit more sedative and for morning I prefer a bit more uplifting strains.
In moderation Durban Poison but it’s easy to overdo and get teleported to another world... no cbd in that strain...
