IKON and dental discounts? On the hill cleanings? Braces and races?

Any other birdies say anything more about the likelihood about ABasin going to Ikon?

The website on # of days at each resort is beyond confusing. You get 5-7 days combined at alta bird but not at each. Then no info on other areas. Collective is very straightforward with two at each and 3 at one then 50% off.
    Is it confusing on purpose?
I need to go to Utah.
    Utah?
Yeah, Utah. It's wedged in between Wyoming and Nevada. You've seen pictures of it, right?

So after 15 years we finally made it to Utah.....

Thanks BCSAR and POWMOW Ski Patrol for rescues

I have the base pass and I am fairly certain at the restricted resorts I got 5 days this season (including the Alta/Bird combo).
Never in U.S. history has the public chosen leadership this malevolent. The moral clarity of their decision is crystalline, particularly knowing how Trump will regard his slim margin as a “mandate” to do his worst. We’ve learned something about America that we didn’t know, or perhaps didn’t believe, and it’ll forever color our individual judgments of who and what we are.

Happy to get a little discount for renewing.
Curious how busy Mammoth gets when everyone else is closed with ICON this spring.

Ok so I have to say I was completely joking about all of that but not surprised they are trying to bump it forward and at this point I wouldn't even be surprised if they go further. How can the consumers push back? Seems like we're fairly well trapped. If they made you pay $1200 all up front in February there's a lot of people that would. Totally disgusting. Can't we just enjoy the current season?

They're working on that, obviously. We got surprises well into the summer last year. Crystal full season was added in July?

You have until sometime in April to buy at this rate, which isn't different than previous years, don't think. And this year they're offering a payment plan unlike last year. So the sky isn't really falling (at least not rapidly).

Adding the free spring skiing makes early purchase worth it for some, I didn't get one last year hoping they would include spring this year for 2020 pass. Still thinking MC might be a better option for me, hopefully that gets announced soon.

Valid point there. I guess I'm still bitter about last season the worst in recorded history when vail said in March, hey Rideski we know you had an awesome season cause you got x number of days!! which was one of my lowest numbers ever, and asked for my money for the following year.

Its good to see that IKONation is living up to their rep as difficult to please whiners.

You ain't never gonna get more skiing for less money. Buy the pass, manage the crowds. Smile. Be a welcome guest while in vacation. Learn now to carry your skis in the tram line. Don't stop on traverses. Lanyard on the outside.

Although it would be cool, they are still beholden to maximising profits for their corporate overlords so I doubt it.

This is what escapes people, Ski Areas are in the business of maximizing revenue, they have come up with a new method.

I am over bitching about it and now I go out of my way to be nice to our new buddies.
