Pulled into a cabin in northern WI at 1am that doesn’t get NBC Sports. My wife, 7yr old and I huddled around the phone watching OT and the shootout...great hockey

Now can the US knock off Canada again? This time in curling! Currently tied 2-2 in the 7th end.

Of course the Sportscenter top 10 this morning had a single save by Rooney as the only highlight at number 5. And it wasn't even her best save of the game.
Of course there were 6 top plays from basketball with the #1 being a dunk that is pretty much the same thing you see every morning on the top 10.

    I know... wrong thread

Huge steal in the 8th end. US scores 2 even though Canada had the hammer! The bump and roll on the US's last rock was perfection.

Dunklee had a strong first leg in the women's biathlon relay.

    2018 Winter Olympics Thread

That women’s XC was the best moment of the olympics so far.

Wise’s and Ferreira’s runs were amazing. I couldn’t believe that Nico Porteous threw the towel in on his third run. I was really hoping he would get knocked off the podium.

Ferreira went huge - like Simon Dumont huge - but Wise just seemed a bit more technical. I could've seen that going either way.

Porteous - not exactly keeping with the competitive spirit here, but he seemed shocked as hell at his original score so I assume he just didn't want to go way out of his comfort zone and hurt himself?
