So true, but at least you don't have to worry about sheriffs now

Granite skiied well today. Wasnt closed very long. Corkscrew was pretty deep. Got a little heavier at the bottom where the wind couldnt keep it cold. I took one hard beater and almost called it. Decided on a broken arrow lap to seal the deal. Good choice.

No. We were a group of three splitters that dropped after you down to the lake. I yelled "nachoooo " as I rode past your dog.

Nice vid of Jaytee. Love that run.

Bummer. Nope. Sounds like you are playing the pre school game. We are in K this year and he rarely allows me to take him out of school.

There is a good chance we will be up next Thurs/Fri if negotiations go well with the kid and wife. She'll be in LA, so I see no reason to have him in school when he could be skiing. I was planning to si with him, but let me know if ya'll be around and we might put him in ski school.

I did a bunch of mid week days with him last year. We love it. No one around. Just ski. Whether we are together or he is off in ski school.

Always nicer to ski with someone, especially if you begin poking around OB.

That was my girl's first "blue run" and first time skiing off the top of a mountain.

Nice leftovers at Alpine today... cold temps seem to be offsetting the higher sun angles.

Yesterday delivered the goods... up both nostrils & beyond. Stayed nice and cold with the sun poking in and out of the clouds. SW aspects got a bit crusty by the end of the day but all other aspects were $$$$... What a season.

I've been sweating our Whistler trip all month. Flying up Sunday the 5th, and now it looks like we're gonna get lucky. It's gonna get some minor dumpage from now through Sunday, and then looks like a solid chance of refills all next week.

SB was really, really perfect on Saturday. Gorgeous sunshine, perfect snow, minimal crowds.
