Human's drive for mastery of the environment has lead to the destruction of bio-diversity. By clear cutting forest and creating hot, arid desert, we limit the earths ability to absorb carbon. These desolate areas of formerly lush land, the now exposed soil drying over the past 60-150 years, create ridges of unabsorbed carbon change weather patterns. They disrupt storm tracks, change the moisture in the air.

Reforestation of the earth is the only answer. The most grand human project in history, determine the true extent of destruction across the globe, managing the labor and creating the system to do it.

At this moment in time, the previous few generations after WW2 have basically fucked the world. The science after 1960 was not perfect, but clear. There are no more excuses. I mention a moment in time as this moment of failure can be changed and absolved with grace.

but please, fuck off with "carbon credits". Is this the new modern medicine scam to push humans into oblivion? A big pharma nightmare plot which will end with some scheme by a Trump-like dictator who will poison the "lessor" of us because we pissed away time on our Egos? Who will ever forgive that? You were not right; we are in a place of severe destruction, greed, suffering and despair. The choices are beautiful or horrific, but the ego must be lifted to a place of sharing and compassion, not envy and greed.

If anyone related to helping the environment has ethics, they will be replanting the forests across the entire Earth, everything else is false hope branding of politics.
