FKNA dudes. slide skiing, pow, saucerboy. april is in like a lion.

gf was ready to kill me with the playlist this afternoon: steve miller band, van halen, magnetic fields... but marley got the veto.

Epic day skidding around with Gepeto and VTF, lots of pow on the northern aspect.

    Your welcome

The Wet Slot holds snow very well. Somehow, 2" can feel like 6" in there.

Was the uppermost section scraped off?

    And sweet pics.
I wish I could have gotten up there one more time before they closed it down for the year. I definitely didn't make my pass worth it.

Interesting mix of conditions the last four days. Sunny soft to dark mixed crunch to sunny powder. Good times skiing with the D-Rocs, ML242's and Gepeto. I should have brought the big camera out yesterday but wasn't feeling any pack love so only one pic of ML on Black Diamond from the p&s. That Lower FIS was a lot of fun for sure, such a great trail when the sun in shining on it.

Best closing day at North in years with a ton of new powder, mixed sun, no crowds and good company.

On the ride back to south I saw some awesome tracks on the south face SBX north

On the way to North in the AM I saw #8 in this years German Flats off road excursions

Mixed bag-o-weather due this week, have fun out there.

The Easter Bunny delivered the goods at MRG on Sunday. 8-10 inches of cold trackless options off of the single and no lift line. what a great day. It seemed to me to be the last day of winter conditions so bring on the corn fire up the grill and lets keep the party rolling, what a great season.

Jay has a couple inches on the ground and a few more hopefully coming! Winter ain't over yet. Backcountry was smooth and fast today.

Potentially coming up tomorrow, early morning decision. I will shoot you a text if I'm headed that way.
