I'm goin' down to South Park, gonna have myself a time.
Friendly faces everywhere, humble folks without temptation.
I'm goin' down to South Park, gonna leave my woes behind.
Ample parking day or night, people spouting: "Howdy, neighbor!"
I'm headin' down to South Park, gonna see if I can't unwind.
Me, I got a 10-inch penis, use your mouth if you wanna clean it.
So come on down to South Park, and meet some friends of mine.

Just ignore Icelandic skier. He is a flaccid blubbering attention whore. A trivial dullard, a village idiot, a dunce, a simpleton. The internet is far newer than his kind. Ignore him now like he would have been ignored before the printing press was invented and his only device would have been rambling in the square and rubbing his own shit on himself.

I put the douchebag on ignore late last year. Still, I wouldn't bitch if the ban hammer crushed his e-skull - esp since he doesn't wear a helmet

But back to the matter at hand...Dr. Gnar, please tell us more about the chemistry of magnetism.

Something about the wrinkle in your forehead tells me there's a fit about to get thrown
And I never hear a single word you say when you tell me not to have my fun
It's the same old shit that I ain't gonna take off anyone.
and I never had a shortage of people tryin' to warn me about the dangers I pose to myself.

"The snow was very granular, corn like in quality. Stepping into it was like quick sand, perfect avalanche snow. After about 40 minutes of carefully working my way up, I felt a light movement under my feet. I slowly moved my way over to a small bush that was poking out of the ground. After securing myself on the bush, I took my skis off my pack with my boots already clicked into the bindings. Boots already in the skis, can't be too hard to get in, right? WRONG. Lace up liners! Complete pain in the ass to get into, even moreso with the shells already clicked in. I struggled a good 10 or so minutes until I finally got them on. Game time. With my line already planned out in the event of an avalanche, I took off. And with me came more than a foot of snow down the gully. I could hear it coming down behind me, and I took the escape route on the skier's left of the gully. I took a slight tumble while turning off into the escape route zone, and ended up taking a 100ft slide into the bush. Normally wouldn't be an issue, but being in a t-shirt, it was a little painful. I guess I'd have some cool injuries to show off to my friends back down at school.

The "Seven" gully was in the same shape, so I decided to give that a go as well. Basically the same result, and I decided to throw on a sweatshirt and gloves as a precaution.

I don't have a go-pro, so I had to make due with putting my phone between my stomach and waist band on my bag."

That quote has too much WTF to comprehend. But ending with this was gold: "I don't have a go-pro, so I had to make due with putting my phone between my stomach and waist band on my bag."

    Oh HELL YEAH.

Only a week? At least it'll give my ignore filter a break. It's been working overtime and was starting to show some signs of wear. His noisome solipsistic crap was seeping though. He'll come back worse then evah though, seeing as he luuuurves the notoriety. Seems he took this thread personally, as his role as most hated poster on TGR was being challenged by a n00b upstart.

Good fucking riddance, at least temporarily.

Anyway, back on topic, RTTT - tell us more about yourself - your ongoing narrative really is fascinating.

I haven't seen you answer this. I always appreciate when someone who survives a bc accident posts details for education purposes, even knowing they might catch shit for mistakes made. What are your lessons learned?

I actually have a bunch of specific questions but thought I'd start with the open-end.

There have been actual wolf sightings where Trapp regularly tours. He also tours significantly more than you RTTT. Does he carry on the skintrack? I highly doubt it.

This whole thread has been funny enough, I guess. It's nice to have these little episodes of banality in amongst the pictures of people skiing super-fun things.

Hope we get more pictures of skiing soon, though. These kind of threads can only entertain you so much.

Polite round of applause for all the players. Perhaps take it on tour? Could work on Broadway...
Short stories about snow and rock, and pictures, too
