Rory birdies 2 of first 5 and is at -9

Tiger has a bogey on the 1st....he has to be at like 5 under at the end of the day to have any shot. The way he is playing, that isn't going to happen. Not sure why, but I really don't like Rory. I'd like to see Couples win if Tiger keeps sucking.

    Jason Day shoots a 64... I understand thats a Master's record?

edit: nevermind, 64 equals the 2nd round best. Not a record. nothing to see here.

Tiger looked like the Tiger of old. Knocking down sticks and angry at the world.

Old Tiger would have the lead on lock by the end of tomorrow. He usually doesn't win if he doesn't have the 54 hole lead.

When Tiger sucks, he gets plenty of top tens. When he's on, which seems to be now starting at yesterdays' turn, he's back up chasing Jack's numbers.

Tiger has shown he can have flashes of the old Tiger and yesterday was one of those flashes. What he hasn't shown is the ability to back up a great round with another one. Can Tiger put two solid rounds together to finish this. I think 2 under at least today is a must. I'd guess 13 or 14 under wins it.

Let's see if the kids crumble when the going gets tough. The final round of the Masters is littered with sad stories of chokes over the years.

Tiger doesn't have it today as of yet....struggling to keep it together at all. A couple of guys are going low but the leaders are sort of plodding along too so Tiger isn't out of it. We all know he needs to be tied for the lead at least to have a shot, he doesn't come from behind well.

Come on Tiger...make a run on the back.

One day he will be back in his groove, if only for a short time. And its going to mind numbing again.

not sure who is gonna win but I know Tiger isn't gonna win....as has been the case, he just can't put back to back good rounds together.

My bet is Rory goes wire to wire....I don't like him but I like him better than Angel. Maybe Scott or Donald can win it tomorrow.

Amazing to see a champion so completely dictated by the condition of his ego. If someone could convince Tiger he's a god, he would become one. Makes you wonder, all those years, if the other players had been haggling him instead of being afraid of him. He'd have crumbled more than likely.

His whole world falling apart, raining shit from the sky is a little more serious than other players haggling him. Tiger holds the three most distinctive records at the Masters: youngest to win (21), largest margin of victory (12 strokes) and lowest overall score (-18) in Masters history. That in itself simply says, over the course of the Masters history, no player in golf has had a better tournament than TW. Other players weren't afraid of him because of his ego, they feared him because he simply dominated them at the game of golf.

I'm not sure if this is the case.
He hasn't won a major since he had to sit out the rest of the season due to injuries. (knee surgery and tibia fractures)
I'm guessing the rest of the shit in his life doesn't help, but I'm not convinced his ego/private life is to blame.
