Okay, so there is an article in TIME this week about how Americans no longer know how to debate. They use college campuses as an example and basically claim free speech is a sham allowing polarized opinions to be slung at each other without substance.

    Sound familiar?

Whether you supported it or not - this war was fucked up. We did not plan and we were not prepared. Like it or not - that is on the GOP. We as a country lost all the collateral we had. If we do not make a big change on how we operate internationally - we are fucked. Get ready to be 3rd world brothers and sisters.

And for those who do not change their mind as new data becomes available - you are a bunch of idiots. Kind of sounds Medieval to me.

I completely agree with this. However - Hillary Clinton (and many other politicians) will say anything she thinks people want to hear. She didn't change her opinion because new data became available - she said "yes" to appear patriotic in a time when patriotism was super cool, she says "no" now for the exact same reason.

I'd put him on "ignore". You shouldn't have to read such drivel.

I'm sure whatever that was was life-changing.

Not defending Hillary or any politician left, middle or right , but didn't it seem like there was this surrealistic mass patriotic frenzy that was whipped up using the social shock from 9/11 and and false/cherry-picked intel. Come on these are classic propoganda techniques that have been utilized for probably a 1000 yrs.
