There are patches for many OS's out there that take care of this automatically. You have to check with your computer OS company (Microsoft has them for XP, Server 2003, etc. but not earlier versions of Windows like 98 etc.) Thy then update the changes perm. otherwise, you might as well un select the have my computer manage DST for me and do it manually.
