JONG Salomon binding question

I searched quite a bit and couldn't find the answer.

Do Salomon 916s and 912s have the same hole pattern? Could you take 916s off and mount 912s in the same place without redrilling???

with the exception of the heel hole in the center of the binding just under the brake, they are the same pattern.

so in summary
916 to 912 = no drilling and 1 hole to plug
912 to 916 = 1 hole to drill

i want to say labs are a tad different with some weird spacing.
had some trouble fitting my buddys 912s onto some holes that were apparently drilled for his BSL for some 916labs with that metal bar thingy
either that or they were just drilled for another bsl
