    Ortiz pulls it out

Banged-up Sox lineup pulls it out in 12. Ortiz is Colonel Clutch. I love this team.
You know, there's like a butt-load of gangs at this school. This one gang kept wanting me to join because I'm pretty good with a bowstaff.

Ortiz whips it out, smacks Jays in the face with it

I love them too. Some of the early performances by the bullpen have been less than inspiring, and that could be a big problem if it continues while we're still missing Nixon and Garciaparra. But if we can make it until May 15 without falling too far behind, and Ramirez keeps driving in a run a game for the season...Sweet Jesus.

    Hope springs eternal.

'A better golfer than a baseball player. I can't believe I'm saying this (I talk when I type), but I really hope Bunghole Kim and Ramiro Mendoza get healthy soon so we can lose this guy.

Agreed, although both Timlin and Embree have been fantastic. Ortiz has brought the whoopin' stick this year and Millar has already dropped some clutch hits. Still waiting for Mueller to lace 'em up but luckily we have the pitching to keep us in games until 1/3 of the lineup gets off the DL.

Bezball been beddy, beddy goo to me.

Timlin shat the bed in the opener. But since then he's been great.

I'm predicting Red Sox over the Astros in 6, so really there's more like 165 games left. But your point is well taken.

Let's just keep commments about "beddy goo" to ourselves, shall we?

    I deserved that.

I'm a little disappointed that so many missed the unintentional "pulled it out" in the title.

    Boo!

I'm not I hate watching sox games because they always always always make it hard, I don't think I've ever seen an easy ninth inning where the sox are in the lead, Hopelessly Addicted anyway
Its not that I suck at spelling, its that I just don't care
