On a more positive note there is that guy who posted in real estate melt down thread who is pretty brilliant.

For me, in a month I won't check in too much. I love that I obsessively lurk in a ski forum only when I don't ski.

I definitely think there are a lot of great, smart funny people here- you just have to sort through crap- almost like real life!

P.S. I think Jer rules these days, I love the glimmer of humanity I sometimes detect. (never thought I would say that!)

The ones I'm most fond of are those that slip under the radar, some person you've never noticed before, has well over 100 posts, sometimes 1000. You've never read anything they've written, and with the one post you read, yup, they're an idiot. You try and make sense of how this moron somehow made it to xxx amount of posts and nobody called him out on his idiocy.
