We're mounting them tomorrow but they seem hella burly. These will be my "go to" sticks this winter so they better be. Time will tell. The touring function has some compromises in order to be so stout. Changing the touring wire height might be awkward while on the move and the brackets that lock the binding down in ski mode might be prone to ice / crud build up. I'm thinking a small nylon brush might be a good addition to my pack in order to keep em clean. Not a big deal really, just a matter of a few seconds of brushing when needed. Small price to pay if they do prove to be as stout as they seem. Hopefully I'll get out for some touring Sunday and will be able to report back with more info. Originally Posted by TheDon
